Zoning Proposal Details

The College Station City Council will address a zoning adjustment for a property located at 2950 Rock Prairie Road West. The parcel sits generally west of the intersection with Old Wellborn Road and covers approximately 12.43 acres.

The proposed action would reclassify the land from an R Rural district to an MF Multi-Family district under the city code.

Ordinance Changes

Council members will consider legislation that repeals Ordinance No. 2025-4574 in its entirety. The measure also amends Appendix A of the Unified Development Ordinance, specifically Article 4 and Section 4.2 regarding the Official Zoning Map.
