College Station ISD earned a B in the Texas Education Agency's 2026 accountability ratings with an overall score of 86, and no campus in the district rated below a C.

Of 20 rated campuses, eight earned an A, nine a B and three a C.

The results

College View High School led the district at 96, followed by Forest Ridge and Spring Creek Elementary, each at 93. All three earned an A.

The lowest scores in the district belong to Southwood Valley Elementary at 70, College Hills Elementary at 71 and Oakwood Intermediate at 75, all C ratings.

A 26-point spread between the highest and lowest campus is narrow by the standards of districts this size, and the absence of any D or F campus is the report's most notable structural feature.

The domains

The district's four domain scores sit close together: student achievement 87, school progress 83, closing the gaps 82 and academic growth 81. The first is a B, and so are the rest.

That consistency indicates a district performing at a similar level across raw results, year-over-year improvement and outcomes for different student groups, rather than one carried by strength in a single area.

The setting

College Station ISD enrolls 13,892 students across 21 schools in a city shaped by Texas A&M, where a substantial share of families are connected to the university.
