Blinn Chancellor Mary Hensley outlined academic programs and facilities during a September 29 community forum in Brenham, according to KWHI’s coverage of the event.

Her presentation addressed the Waller campus, the Brenham sports complex and programs intended to meet workforce needs. KWHI reported that Hensley reaffirmed the district’s commitment to Washington County while discussing financial pressures on its growth.

Two days later, Blinn announced a co-enrollment partnership with Prairie View A&M University. Selected students will take most classes at Blinn’s Waller location and additional courses at PVAMU.

The first invitations are planned for spring 2027, with classes beginning in fall 2027. Students will be selected through PVAMU’s freshman admissions process; they do not apply directly to the PASS program.

Blinn also operates a Bryan campus near Texas A&M University. The Waller and Brenham projects are part of that college district’s wider operations.
