College Station ISD students will be out of class Friday, Oct. 9, before the district’s fall break on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 12–13.
The district’s current calendar designates Friday as a parent-conference day for elementary campuses and a professional-development day for secondary staff. Its approved 2026–27 academic calendar lists Oct. 12 and 13 as fall-break days with no school.
Together with the weekend, the schedule creates five consecutive days without regular student classes, Oct. 9–13. Families making plans should account for Friday as well as the two fall-break dates.
