The College Station Parks and Recreation department has announced a schedule of seasonal activities for the fall, including weekly food truck gatherings, complimentary fitness sessions, and a request for public input regarding future entertainment.
Food Truck Wednesday takes place at the Wolf Pen Creek Festival Site on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. These events run from 5 to 8 p.m. and feature rotating selections of local vendors alongside games. The final gathering of the season is scheduled for Nov. 11, which falls on the second Wednesday of November.
The specific lineup of food trucks changes weekly and is announced on the department’s Instagram account and website. Updates regarding the schedule are posted each Monday prior to the event on CSTX/Parks social media channels.
Complimentary yoga instruction is available at the Meyer Senior and Community Center on the second and fourth Saturday of every month through November. These sessions begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 9 a.m. Yoga mats are provided for participants while supplies last.
Additional details about Yoga in the Park and other department programs can be found at CSTX/ParksGuide.
