The secretary will also stop at the Austin Armed Forces Reserve Center, where he is scheduled to administer the oath of enlistment to new military recruits.
Following the Austin engagements, Hegseth will travel to College Station. There, he is expected to address the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets and tour the university’s Veterans Resource Center. The visit will conclude with the secretary attending a football game between Texas A&M University and the University of Kentucky.
