Biketober ride leaves College Station City Hall at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 10

The free ride includes an 8.6-mile route through Bryan and College Station. Riders must register and sign a waiver; family festivities run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A free 8.6-mile community bike ride will connect College Station and Bryan on Saturday, Oct. 10, as part of Biketober.

On-site registration opens at 8:30 a.m. at College Station City Hall. The ride leaves at 9:30 a.m., stops at the farmers market at Bryan Midtown Park and is expected back around 11 a.m.

City Hall’s south parking lot will host German-inspired food, music, games and family activities from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event celebrates the cities’ relationship with Greifswald, Germany.

Riders must register and sign a participation waiver; participants 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
