Noah Brown has signed with the Las Vegas Raiders, marking a new chapter in his NFL career. The Raiders announced this signing, which required the release of defensive tackle Benito Jones to make room on the roster.
Brown, who has faced significant injury challenges, missed 19 games while playing for the Washington Commanders. When healthy, he demonstrated his skills, achieving 40 catches for 536 yards and one touchdown, with an average of 13.4 yards per reception.
Originally selected by the Cowboys in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft after his time at Ohio State, Brown established himself as a versatile and reliable player. In the 2022 season, he recorded 43 receptions for 555 yards and three touchdowns, proving to be a valuable asset for quarterback Dak Prescott.
Following his tenure with Dallas, Brown moved to the Houston Texans, where he had a successful season with 33 receptions for 567 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 17.2 yards per catch.
Throughout his career, Brown has totaled 155 receptions, accumulating 2,083 yards and six touchdowns. While the Raiders do not expect him to be the primary target, his experience and physicality could enhance their receiving group. This opportunity allows Brown to continue demonstrating his abilities after overcoming setbacks in Washington.
