The Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens are still scheduled to meet at Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro next Sunday, eight days after the field drew criticism. Dallas is designated as the home team, and Baltimore is designated as the road team. Those designations and the game plan have not changed.
Agustín Rossi, a Flamengo goalkeeper, recently described the surface as having bumps across it and said he hoped conditions would improve before the matchup. It remains unclear whether the field will be improved before kickoff.
