Jadeveon Clowney has been ruled out of the Texans’ matchup with the Bengals, marking his third straight week dealing with an injury. The defensive end’s latest issue is a knee problem, and he was unable to practice during preparation for Week 2.

Clowney had been handling ankle and hip injuries before Houston’s 36-31 defeat against Buffalo last Sunday. The knee issue now leaves him unavailable for the Texans’ upcoming game.

Dominique Robinson and Sabastain Harash are expected to share the edge-rusher work behind Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter. CBS Sports reported that no additional details were provided.
