Anyone heading to Texas A&M's campus for Saturday night's home game against Arkansas will find most close-in parking spoken for, so the university's free shuttles and a pair of park-and-ride options are the main ways in for fans without a permit. Kickoff at Kyle Field is set for 6 p.m., according to the game day guide published by The Eagle's My Aggie Nation.
Parking
Most campus lots on football Saturdays are reserved and require a permit. Restrictions for regular A&M permit holders began at 5:30 p.m. Friday and run through Saturday.
Fans paying on arrival can use cash lots in the Bonfire Memorial area, at Research Park and along Agronomy Road, where spaces go for $25 or $40. Spots in some garages and lots can also be bought ahead of time through ParkMobile, with prepaid prices starting at $29. Motorcycles park free in campus motorcycle spaces on game day, with the exception of Lot 48.
Shuttles
Texas A&M's own bus routes run free of charge starting three hours before kickoff and keep going until an hour after the game ends. Paratransit service leaves from Lot Y/114.
Two park-and-ride options sit off campus:
- Downtown Bryan: more than 1,200 free parking spaces are available around downtown, or drivers can pay $5 to park in the Roy Kelly garage. A free shuttle runs between the garage and the Memorial Student Center from three hours before kickoff until an hour after the game, with service during the game.
- Century Square: shuttles board by Calvary Court and The George and let riders off near Duncan Hall at Lot 34 on Lewis Street. They run from three hours before kickoff until two hours after the final whistle.
