TxDOT will close all northbound Highway 6 main lanes between Harvey Mitchell Parkway and Harvey Road from 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. each night Sunday through Friday, sending drivers onto the frontage road.
The 7 a.m.–2 p.m. collection accepts household chemicals and computers, but not medications, tires or business waste. Enter from Harvey Road.
TxDOT says drivers heading south will need the University Drive exit to reach Harvey Road from 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23 until 6:30 a.m. Oct. 26. Southbound main lanes also close overnight tonight.
